Right Tibia XRay
A 13 year old boy presented with pain and swelling of the right lower limb for 2 months.
Findings:
A permeative lytic lesion involving the metadiaphysis of the right tibia with wide zon of transition. There is also associated cortical break and periosteal reaction of the anterior cortex of the proximal tibia.
Differential diagnosis:
Chronic Osteomyelitis
Ewing's Sarcoma
